Charly Palmer

Charly Palmer was born in 1960 in Fayette, Alabama and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Palmer has devoted much of his life pursuing his fine art dreams. Of his work he says "What makes it unique is not what I'm saying, but how I'm saying it."
